I will answer you as a high school teacher.
\nThe degree is relative, i.e. 40 years ago
\n17 out of 20 was a good grade, whereas today
\nthe student who finishes high school with 17 rather
\nhe doesn’t read.
\nBased on the above on booking.com if
\nyou were satisfied good grade
\nit’s 9 or 10.
\nIf a potential-candidate visitor sees
\nrating 8 or 7 usually doesn’t even open it
\ntab with the accommodation and goes to<\/p>\n

For example, there was a customer who put
\noverall score 7 and in the comments
\n“The apartment was very nice, the owner
\nhelpful etc”. While he wanted to express himself
\npositively, 7 drives away future customers.
\nThis reminds me, when a girl said you are a very good boy.
\n(In Greek this mean I don’t want a relation with you).<\/p>\n

Was the apartment good?
\na) In my personal opinion,
\nthe most important is the apartment
\nto be clean.
\nb) What it describes on the page
\nof the platform to apply, ie
\nthe photos and description were
\nreal or misleading.
\nc) The owner try to hide anything?
\nd) If he forgot something, and the guest mentioned it
\n,try thw owner to fix it?
\nIt has happened to me that the client does not know
\nto turn on the water boiler (for bath) and have
\nonly cold water
\n(especially guests from Northern Europe).
\ne) An unpleasant event occurs against the
\nduring your stay. Has the owner
\nresponsibility?<\/p>\n

Examples:
\na) This year in Kalamata (2023) it happened suddenly
\ncity-wide loss of water supply for 16 hours.
\nFortunately, the summer season had not yet begun.
\nThe score should not be related
\nwith this particular event. You can
\nmention it in the negatives but so what
\ncould the owner do?<\/p>\n

b) If you didn’t have a good time on vacation
\n-you didn’t get along with your partner-,
\nshould the guest blame the apartment?
\nOnce a visitor while loading
\nthe car, his car window was broken.
\nI immediately thought that he will put
\nlow grade (as unfortunately it happened).<\/p>\n

c) Was the price “within the market” or unrealistic?
\n(NOT in relation to the financial situation of the customer).

Personally, I’m not going to stay on an island

\nin the evening for a modest accommodation.
\nBut if I went it wouldn’t be right to put
\nlow score, while compared to the rest
\naccommodations the particular was indeed opportunity.
\nI have visited Geneva and everything is very expensive.
\nI stay in a hostel with a shared bathroom and double the price
\nfrom Kalamata. It’s right to put it low
\nrating, since it was clean it did not write
\nfairy tales and the rest autonomously
\nGeneva accommodations were within reach;<\/p>\n

In conclusion I want to emphasize again that you
\nyou decide on the review you will make.
\nI personally try my best,
\nof course there are also mistakes, I hope not on purpose.
\nYour honest review helps me, even if
\nit makes me temporarily sad.
